Turns a real-estate listing into a cinematic video tour using a constrained shot grammar that keyframes every camera move between two real crops of the source and never invents geometry, with a typed API, a native share-extension app, and a browser extension in the works. Every tour carries a non-removable AI-disclosure badge.

Full league ops: rosters, RSVPs, games, stats

A basketball league that runs itself: player profiles and rosters, teams, sessions, RSVPs, game tracking, league chat with a stats bot, and a film-based attribution pipeline, live as an installable PWA on a custom domain and, since September 2026, as a native iOS app on the App Store on the same row-level-secured backend. Game stats import end to end: 3,084 stat lines from 114 games, plus 9,560 basket-level film timeline rows.

Social word-chain game for mobile & web

A digital word-chain game inspired by the ChainLink card game, with Words-with-Friends-style async multiplayer, built cross-platform for iOS, Android, and web; the web build is live.

Apple Watch meter for the agent fleet

A watchOS app (with iOS companion and complications) that shows live usage windows for four coding harnesses: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Hermes. A stdlib Python daemon on the Mac reads each tool's local state and pushes a snapshot to a 77-line relay on a container platform (the Mac opens no inbound port to the internet); the watch polls it every 30 seconds, with burn-rate ETAs and a 90 percent haptic. Every provider integration is reverse-engineered from local state, so it breaks when vendors change things and gets patched. Personal tool, in daily use.

Agentic banking where the model can never move money

Proof of concept, fake money only. Natural-language banking requests become schema-validated, policy-tiered, separately authorized, audited transactions. The intent layer can only emit a proposal; execution needs an Ed25519 authorization bound to a hash of the exact transaction, minted after a user step-up the model cannot perform, so changing the amount or recipient after approval voids it cryptographically. Zero runtime dependencies; the shipped intent parser is deterministic with an LLM provider seam.

Launch site for a functional-wellness brand

Pre-launch experience for a functional-wellness brand organized around three states (Focus, Sport, Sleep): an interactive 3D product hero with a CSS-art fallback for non-WebGL and reduced motion, a pinned three-panel scroll sequence, and a waitlist route with server-side validation (storage adapter ready, not yet wired). Built under strict claim guardrails: no invented ingredients, doses, studies, or dates. No network fonts or third-party scripts.

Walk the house, talk it out, get a client-ready scope

In build with a contractor design partner: walkthrough narration compiles into a room- and trade-segmented scope where every quantity carries a basis (stated, verify, or unpriced, never invented), every line links to the sentence it came from, a coverage report flags what the walkthrough did not establish, and a client-facing proposal renders with state contract notices. Deterministic compiler by default, frontier-model path optional with fallback.
